Sevenly Selected As One Of Facebook's Top 10 Stories Of The Last 10 Years Of Facebook

The joy in the room starkly contrasted the tension only moments before, when Loic’s mom released her son’s hand and waited to hear if he would be able to walk and run again.

Mercy Ships Changes Lives: Kossin's Story

Posted by Sevenly on Sep 11, 2013 4:20:55 PM

TOUCHING STORY:: Sweet Kossin spent four years of his life hiding in his house, due to an enormous tumor that grew on his face. The tumor, which started from his upper jaw, continued to grow, covering his eye, and hindering his vision. The people in his village thought he was cursed, and the children who were once his friends now ridiculed him on the streets and at school. Kossin’s life changed forever the day he boarded the Africa Mercy Ship. It was there he received love, acceptance, and life-changing medical care. Within a few hours, his tumor was replaced with a smile, and his sorrow was replaced with hope. Today your support will restore health, dreams, and dignity to more children like Kossin by shopping for a cause and supporting Mercy Ships.
